Playacar phase II Occupancy: 13 Bedrooms: 7 Baths: 9 Ocean View: no Swimming Pool: yes Distance to the beach : 10 minutes walking Distance to downtown: 15 minutes walkin Description This private secluded Spanish Mediterranean Villa 300 feet from the sea in a jungle setting, is fully air conditioned, professionally vista designed and exquisitely decorated with all marble floors and wood windows. There are seven different levels with over sized entrance doors opening into a staircase foyer then into a formal living room with a giant picture window overlooking a landscaped cenote and including a monkey. The vaulted living room has a large television, game table and comfortable seating for 12. The formal dining room seats 10-12 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is a powder room off the living room. Up a flight of stairs from the living room and across an open library gallery, one steps up to a master bedroom with a balcony, queen sized bed, marble bathroom with oversized shower whirlpool bath, two sinks and a bidet. On the same level is a guest bedroom with a balcony overlooking tropical flowering trees and vines, queen size bed and marble bath. Both have chaise lounges, Televisions and DVD’s. Up a few stairs one finds another guest room with a view overlooking the jungle garden, pool and through the trees, the tennis court. Its marble bath has two sinks. Up another few stairs, one discovers a delightful air conditioned tree top garden sitting room covered with an immense palapa roof. Bedroom has 2 twin beds, shower, Talavera sink and W.C. From the balcony, one can climb stairs to the palapa roof to a viewing platform for a breathtaking view of the Caribbean and the island of Cozumel. This is a wonderful room for TV, reading, napping and/or escape. All bathroom sinks are Talavera pottery. All bedrooms have woven mahogany drapes. The bedrooms, living room and dining room have Dish Satellite Television in English. Adjacent to the side entrance is a bedroom with a private marble bath and double bed. Leaving the living room one goes out a glass and mahogany door past a delightful covered seating area and down some stairs past a lower terrace to a separate Bungalow. The Bungalow is a very private and separate unit from the principal house with its own entrance and palapa covered terrace. It can be rented separately from the principal house or in conjunction with it. On occasion, it is reserved for the owner’s use when the principal house is rented unless the tenant has an objection. The Bungalow serves as a delightful sitting room with a view of the jungle, garden, pool and terrace. The sofa bed sleeps two adults. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and other kitchen amenities. There is a shower, lavatory and commode in the private palapa area. Upstairs is a full marble bathroom with a single bed. A delightful private small pool and fountain can be enjoyed in the lush jungle setting adjacent to the palapa covered terrazzos. In an adjoining garden, a tennis court and another larger pool and covered palapa are shared with residences of some 13 homes. For celebrity persons, a security guard can be provided, although it is not necessary. A world class Spa is only minutes away offering a total luxury package on a daily rate basis.
